Cancellations on orders could be taken into consideration if the request is made within 12 hours of setting an order.

Returns and Refund Policy

Contact us within 2 days of purchase and e-mail us on connect@karamele.in for any exchange or refund of the purchase.

Refund will be initiated within 48 hrs after confirming from the management on the same payment method.

Duration of refunnd will be 5-7 working days.

    • The gujiyas were lovely & flavourful .... one couldn't makeout the difference that these are gluten-free or sugar free. Me and husband finished it in 1 day. Probably I ate gujhiyas after a long long time.

    tried your Sorghum flour for roti and layered triangle parathas...they came out to be absolutely tasty...it is unbelievable that it is jowar atta.
