This delight is made with love using sorghum flour, vegan chocolate and non-dairy whipping cream as per renowned Nutritionist and Dietician Kanupriya Khanna’s special recipe!

Sorghum has high protein content, fibre and antioxidants.

The cake sponge is sweetened with organic jaggery instead of refined sugar, making this cake the perfect iron-rich, immunity-boosting, gluten-free and vegan treat!

Ingredients:-

Sorghum flour, organic jaggery, rice bran oil, unsweetened cocoa powder, vegan whipping cream, vegan Callebaut chocolate, in house strawberry preserve.
