With the monsoons setting in, it’s common for weevils to appear in flour due to the humidity. These are harmless and the flour is safe to use after sifting it through a fine sieve.
To keep your flour fresh and reduce weevil growth, we recommend storing it in the refrigerator or deep freezer. Just take out the required amount 2 hours before use to let it come to room temperature.

Also, it’s best to stock smaller quantities that can be used within 10–15 days.
