This flour is a blend of Jowar (Sorghum), Almonds & Flaxseeds. It is rich in protein, fibre, antioxidants, micro nutrients & Omega 3 fatty acids while having a low glycemic load.

Our low carb flour is free from any additives such as potato starch, corn flour, xanthum gum, etc. Use it like regular flour in all your preparations, e.g. roti, parantha, wraps, etc.
